Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ASLove Connect website, applications, and related services. Please read them carefully. By creating an account, accessing the service, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ASLove Connect

ASLove Connect is an online dating and matchmaking service. Members may create profiles, complete contact verification, discover compatible members, view profiles, send likes, exchange messages, and use safety tools such as reports and blocks. ASLove Connect provides a way for adults to meet and communicate, but it does not guarantee that you will find a match, receive a response, meet another member, or have a particular relationship outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use ASLove Connect. You may not use the service if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law. You must use your own account and may not create an account for another person without permission.

3. Account information and security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, age, contact information, profile details, and verification information. You must promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. Keep your password and verification codes private and notify ASLove Connect if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from ASLove Connect's failure to use reasonable security measures.

4. Profiles, matching, and member content

You are responsible for the information, photos, videos, audio, descriptions, and messages that you submit or share. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your age or identity, use another member's content without permission, or publish content that is false, deceptive, unlawful, or misleading. Matching and compatibility results are suggestions based on information available to the service and are not professional, psychological, or safety guarantees.

5. Community standards

You must use ASLove Connect respectfully and lawfully. You may not:

Threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, exploit, abuse, or target another person.
Facilitate or participate in human trafficking, sexual exploitation, prostitution, escort services, or coercive sexual activity.
Post or request pornography, sexually explicit material, or content designed to obtain sexual gratification.
Use the service for fraud, scams, money requests, money transmission, gambling, or illegal transactions.
Pressure a member to move off the service, share financial or private information, or send money.
Upload malware, scrape member data, probe the service, bypass access controls, or interfere with its operation.
Use automated tools, spam, bulk messaging, or the service for advertising without written permission.
Encourage, aid, or abet abuse, violence, self-harm, exploitation, or unlawful conduct.

Report safety concerns through the reporting tools in the app. If you face immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

6. Content review and safety actions

ASLove Connect may review, limit, remove, or preserve content and may warn, suspend, or permanently close accounts when it reasonably believes that a member has violated these Terms, harmed another person, created a safety risk, or exposed the service to legal or financial risk. We may use verification signals, reports, blocks, and automated or human review to protect members. No verification badge or safety tool guarantees that a member is safe or truthful.

7. Memberships and paid features

Some features require a paid membership. The available plans, features, limits, billing cycle, and price are shown in the app before purchase and may change for future purchases. A paid plan may unlock profile views, likes, messages, filters, or other features described at checkout. Daily usage limits, where shown, reset according to the schedule displayed in the app. ASLove Connect does not sell credit-based chats or charge members separately for each message.

Memberships may renew automatically for the selected billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method you submit. Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, and payment-provider fees may apply. Payment processing is provided by a third-party payment processor and is also subject to that processor's terms.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a recurring membership through the membership controls provided in the app or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless the law requires otherwise, it does not create a partial-period refund, and paid access normally remains available through the end of the period already paid for.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact support promptly with the account email, transaction date, and receipt details. We will review the request and issue any refund required by law or by the published refund policy. Unauthorized charges should also be reported to your bank or payment provider.

9. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how ASLove Connect collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information. By using the service, you agree that we may send service messages such as verification codes, security notices, account notices, membership receipts, and important changes to the service. You may control optional marketing communications through the available settings or unsubscribe instructions.

10. Intellectual property

ASLove Connect and its software, design, branding, text, and original materials are owned by or licensed to ASLove Connect and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain rights in content you submit, but you grant ASLove Connect a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

11. Law-enforcement requests

ASLove Connect cooperates with valid legal process and applicable law. Law-enforcement agencies should submit requests that identify the account or information sought, the legal authority for the request, the requesting agency and officer, a reliable return contact, and any applicable deadline through the official support contact below. Emergency requests involving an imminent threat to life or serious physical harm should clearly state the emergency, the person at risk, the information requested, and the legal basis. We may preserve or disclose information when required or permitted by law.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, ASLove Connect disclaims warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. ASLove Connect is not responsible for the conduct, identity, statements, or actions of members, whether online or offline. You are responsible for making your own decisions about communication and meetings, protecting your personal information, and taking reasonable safety precautions.

To the extent permitted by law, ASLove Connect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update these Terms when the service, law, or safety requirements change. We will post the updated version and change the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice when required. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members, comply with law, or protect the service.
