Law-Enforcement Requests

Information for official requests

ASLove Connect responds to valid legal process and applicable law. This page does not create a special disclosure obligation beyond what the law requires.

How to submit a request

Authorized law-enforcement agencies should email asfemmebattanteconnect@gmail.com and include the agency name, officer name and title, official contact details, legal authority, jurisdiction, account or profile identifiers, specific information requested, and the response deadline.

Emergency requests

Requests involving an imminent threat to life or serious physical harm should clearly state that it is an emergency, identify the person at risk, describe the danger, specify the information requested, and provide the legal basis and return contact. Contact local emergency services first when immediate intervention is required.

Preservation and disclosure

We may preserve information when legally required or when a valid preservation request is received. We disclose information only when required or permitted by law. We may notify affected users when legally permitted, but notification is not guaranteed.

Requests from private parties

Private requests for member information should be directed through appropriate legal process. We do not disclose private account information merely because someone asks for it.
