Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: September 2, 2026

This policy applies to paid ASLove Connect memberships purchased through the available checkout.

Cancel a membership

You may cancel through the membership controls in the app or by contacting asfemmebattanteconnect@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access normally remains available through the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, membership payments are non-refundable after the billing period begins. We may provide a refund or credit when required by law, for duplicate charges, for a verified billing error, or when a payment was processed after a valid cancellation.

How to request a refund

Email support promptly with the account email, purchase date, amount, receipt number, and reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or verification codes. We may ask for additional information needed to verify the transaction.

Payment disputes

Contact us first so we can investigate billing problems. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact your bank or payment provider immediately. We may suspend an account while investigating suspected fraud or abuse.
