How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify contact methods, show compatible profiles, deliver messages and notifications, process memberships, enforce daily limits, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to reports, provide support, improve the service, and comply with law.
Sharing
Profile information and member content may be shown to other members according to your settings and the service features you use. We share information with service providers that help with hosting, storage, communications, analytics, safety, and payment processing. We may disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or an emergency involving a threat to life or serious physical harm.
Payments and security
Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored as full card numbers by ASLove Connect. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update profile information, manage notifications, cancel a membership, request support, or ask about your personal information through the available account controls and support contact. We may retain information when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.
Children
ASLove Connect is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.
