What to include

For account help: the account email and a description of the problem. Never include your password or verification code.
For billing: the account email, transaction date, amount, and receipt details. Do not send full card numbers.
For safety: the member name or profile reference, what happened, and whether there is an immediate risk.
For legal or law-enforcement requests: identify the requesting organization, legal authority, information sought, and a reliable return contact.

Immediate danger

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. ASLove Connect support is not an emergency response service.

Response expectations

We review support and safety requests as soon as reasonably practicable. Response times may vary based on the nature and urgency of the request. Do not create duplicate accounts or send repeated requests to bypass a restriction.
